🌸 Health Benefits of Yoga: Practice 🌸

After day 10, I had 3 weeks of practice without meeting with my mentor. I practiced lots of poses and flows.

Poses that work one side of the body at a time, I repeated twice.

3-part breathing

Sun Salutation with Variation – 2 times

Meditation

Meditated in bed. Helps you fall asleep and relax. 

Day 3

Plank (1 mins and 15 sec)

Pigeon – 2 times

Lizard – 2 times

Half Split – 2 times

Warrior 2 – 2 times

Tree – 2 times

Split (Monkey) – 2 times

Week 3 

Day 1 

3-part breathing (4-5 mins)

Supine Twist – 2 times

Meditated with rose opal necklace (5 mins)

The meaning of the rose opal is to heal emotional wounds of the heart. 

Felt very relaxed. The yoga mat is a sacred place and is a special time to be with yourself. No problems can be brought to the mat or else the session won’t be satisfactory. 

I tried to practice at least 2 times a week. The first two weeks I practiced 3 times a week and the last week I practiced once. 

Yoga is a journey and a lifestyle. Every week will be different. Move forward with positivity. 

Practice makes perfect 💕😊✨ Be relaxed in your practice, it’s about how you feel not how far you can go.
